What is the GPS ?
GPS have a program to follow itineraries. GARMIN OR SIGMA You can no longer get lost. Discover the safe back country roads hard to know without this tool. Although we try, avoiding 100% the traffic ins't possible. That is why parents who propose this to children have to know if they can manage crossing some traffic zones. We continuously look for more nice roads for cycling and the GPS transmits it. Also, you will have a specific MAP to know what is useful around your position for every GPS TOUR or MULTI-DAY TOUR listed.
Can you organise the hotel booking?
Unfortunately we are not allowed to book hotel or restaurants.
We don't have the licence "atout france". But we do our maximum to assist you all the way with the planning to make it simple for you to organise. On the multi-day tour page you will see where to look for a hotel.
What happens if I damage a rentalbike ?
Although not necessarely your fault, you are liable for all damage that occurs to the rented bike, except damage caused by natural use. Treat your rentalbike as if it is yours.
How can I extend the rental period ?
Just keep cycling! You pay your rent on return, so you can keep the bike until you are done with it, unless you have decided to extend for longer than a week. Just give us notice. By the way, longterm renters get a better rate.
Can I return at another time than indicated ?
Be aware that our business is also bike guided tours.
During the high season opening hours will be increased. check opening hours on the bike rental page.

Do you offer special group price ?
Yes we do. Groups of 10 persons and more get a 10% reduction when they pay all together.
Do you Accept credit card directly at your office?yes, we do accept credit cards in our office. We accept CB & AMEX. You can also book & pay directly on our website.
What if it rains ?
We cannot change the climate but even cycling in the rain can be fun. We provide disposable rainponchos for in case it is cloudy, bringing your own raingear is also an option.
A good mood always helps to make it a great day.
What if a bike gets stolen ?
When your rentalbike gets stolen, you are liable for the financial damage. When you lock your bike properly it is very unlikely it will get stolen. You can choose for the option of theft insurance. With the option theft insurance you can buy off this risk. Check the bike rental page for the insurance rates.
Do you provide maps ?
Yes, we can provide you with detailed maps, showing you the bikelanes. If you plan to cover more ground, we can direct you with a GPS system on your bike for free.
Are bikes insured aginst thieth ?
No, when you rent a bicycle you are liable for theft. The risk of theft is small when you use the locks the way we will instruct you. With the option theft insurance you can buy off this risk. Check thebike rental page for the insurance rates.
For 2 € / day the insurance offer a 50% discount for the entire bike or 30% per element of the bike.
Cancellation policy ?
For reservations cancelled more than 2 weeks before arrival have a 100% refund of he deposit.
If the cancellation is between 2 weeks and 2 days the refund is limited to 50% and if the cancellation is in 2 days or less, there will be no refund.
Do I have to leave a deposit ?
Yes, everyone has to leave a deposit: a credit card + matching ID will do. Your deposit is not the payment of your rental, everyone pays the rent on return.
What happens if the bike has a flat tire or worse ?
We provide a puncture repairkit and airpump on request. If you know how to fix a flat you can continue your trip. Serious breakdowns are rare because our bikes are wellmaintained and they are equipped with anti- puncture tyres. There is a phone number on every bike to contact our workshop for a solution.
